Kids Traffic School is an educational virtual reality game for children of different ages that allows them to learn basic traffic rules in an interactive and innovative way using Meta Quest VR glasses.
The game was developed with Unity for Meta Quest.
It features 10 levels - 10 paths through the large VR City environment. Each level is of different difficulty. The traffic in the city is randomized with many non-player characters and vehicles, bringing additional realism into the game.
App also features the "Teacher mode" where user can watch a virtual guide traversing the level and learn how to safely cross the path.
Children can navigate by walking through a large VR world with the goal to reach their goal safely and with as few mistakes as possible.
If a user makes a traffic rule violation, the game gives a warning and instructs the user how to avoid this mistake.
At the end of the walk, user is given a number of points computed based on satisfied and breached traffic rules.
