Monoca is an advanced augmented reality software solution built to help people with vision impairment better see and navigate through the world full of visual information. It can extract text information or other visual information using advanced artificial intelligence approaches and vocally inform the user. It is currently developed for a Sony SmartEyeglass and an Android mobile phone, but it could be ported to other similar platforms as well.
